Air and Water Residential’s brief was to supply and install air conditioning on the ground floor of a double storey home in Wattle Grove.

Because there was no way of getting a ducted reverse cycle air conditioner installed on the ground floor, the only way to get heating and cooling to the ground floor was by using split system air conditioners.

Rather than having individual room split systems each with their own outdoor unit, Air & Water specified a LG multi head system sized to power five indoor units (three bedrooms, a dining room and a study).

As the client is building an extension, Air & Water installed and commissioned four of the indoor units. The fifth unit will be installed once the extension is completed but in the meantime the client gets to enjoy winter heating.

Air & Water installed the outdoor unit on a poly slab to ensure an even surface, as the outdoor unit was sited in a gravel garden bed.

The owner was very happy with the quality of Air and Water Residential’s installation and their 5 year guarantee on the installation. The owner loves the individual room temperature control that split system air conditioning gives.
