Meet the Owners

Don is the Managing Director and has spent his entire career of 45 years in the retail home improvement sector. Don has 25 years’ experience in air conditioning  (in Perth and Melbourne) and 15 years’ experience in Perth gas and hot water systems specialising in gas heating and solar hot water. Don is a hands on manager, and looks after operations and sales. Often, Don will be the person you meet doing the quotes and ensuring the quality of all our installations.

Julie is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience. Julie runs the behind the scenes part of Air and Water.

We take the time to hire and train the best staff in the business, as we believe the right “go-the-extra-mile” attitude is essential for delivering quality customer service for our clients. And we believe and operate with good old-fashioned family values of quality work, reasonable prices and exceptional after sales service.
