Air and Water Commercial tendered for HVAC for Alita Construction and their client Beaver Tree Services for new premises in Forrestdale, Western Australia.
The work scope comprised supply and installation of:
- 10 Daikin ducted reverse cycle air conditioners (models FDXS60L, FDYQN71L, FDYQN100L & FDYQN125L)
- 3 Daikin cassette systems (FFQ60C & FFQ35C)
- 1 Bonaire B18 evaporative air conditioner
- 3 fresh air intakes
- 3 exhaust systems
- 1 energy recovery system (ERV-IC200) , and
- solid and flexible ducting.
Work commenced May 2015 with the installation of the indoor units and was finished November 2015 with installation of the evaporative air conditioner and commissioning the systems. Air and Water Commercial used their own employee refrigeration mechanics and duct installers. They subcontracted the plumbing and electrical work to their main contractors, C Scott and ASH Electrical respectively.
