Larry I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for some pretty exceptional service over the last few days.
To have our order land on your desk on Monday morning and our fire be installed yesterday (Wednesday) was incredible. I really appreciate the effort you went to, to not only fit our installation in with my schedule but also to source a hearth at extremely short notice.
