You are sitting at your desk typing and you hear the all too familiar ‘beep’ of the air conditioner as someone adjusts the temperature. A frustrated sigh is expelled from another co-worker and another ‘beep’ is heard as they adjust it back. This can go on for hours, if not days in what has become known as ‘office air conditioning wars’. So what can you do to solve the issue?
