Ducted reverse cycle aircon distribute both warm and cool air throughout your home or business. The outdoor unit is connected to an indoor fan coil which is often located in the ceiling, but it can also go under the floor. Ducting distributes the treated air from the fan coil to each room where it is expelled via an outlet.

LG ducted air condtioners are compatible with the new generation iZone 320 controller and iSave system which helps reduce your air conditioners running cost.

There’s a huge range of options whichever type of air conditioner you decide is right for you, and LG have plenty of advanced features that will compliment your home as well as contribute to your household’s energy efficiency.

LG VRF Systems

Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) – also known as VRV- systems are suitable for large commercial projects. The VRF permits ducted, cassette and split system aircon to be run from one out door unit. LG VRF systems have the lowest life cycle cost of any system on the market today. The benefits of VRF technology include less piping and greater energy efficiency. LG has industry leading tested sound levels, LG manufactures all components within the VRF system even the reliable proven scroll compressor.

Inverter Technology for LG Inverter Air Conditioners

Inverter technology refers to the compressor within the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The two most common types of compressors are the fixed speed compressor and the variable speed (inverter) compressor.

The fixed speed compressor runs at 100% of its capacity and will stop and start automatically to maintain the desired temperature.

An inverter compressor will vary its speed in order to maintain a consistent temperature. The revolutionary inverter technology of LG boasts powerful yet quiet performance while minimizing energy consumption.
