Note the Solar Credit scheme ceased on 1 January 2013 for new purchases and so do not rely on any figures quoting the Solar Credit scheme and its 3 times multiplier.

Be careful useful the feed in tariff figures as they not be open to all customers.For example, the renewable buyback scheme (REBS) in Perth is not available for business customers. (It is open to not for profits and educational establishments). The rates available to residential customers on the renewable buyback scheme is 8.4c/kWh from 1 July 2012.

The Clean Energy Council is a not for profit peak body representing Australia’s clean energy sector. Its primary role is to develop and advocate effective policy to accelerate the development and deployment of all clean energy technologies.
