Proposal
Whether handed to you, posted or emailed, our proposal includes a detailed quote (so that there should be no hidden costs when the system is installed), the heat load calculation (for air con) and the brochures for the units quoted.
We ask for a deposit so that we can guarantee the system's price for 12 months.
The only extras incurred are:
- Electrical - Any electrical upgrades if there is insufficient space or capacity on your board or if you need to change from single to three phase power. Applies to all types of system.
- Split system - extra pipework or cabling above the allowance. We allow 3m pipework and 15m cabling. Optional wall mounting of outdoor unit. Stand for outdoor unit if there is no flat surface available.
- Ducted reverse cycle system - extra pipework or cabling above the allowance. We allow 15m pipework and 20m cabling. Stand for outdoor unit if there is no flat surface available.Optional wall mounting of outdoor unit.
- Ducted gas - The cost of adding gas to your home if you don't have gas connected or additional pipework beyond the allowance.
