How Ducted Gas Works
Air from inside is warmed, using clean burning gas, by a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger (located inside the unit) is installed in the roof space. This air is forced through a network of insulated ducts to outlets in each room of the home. These outlets are round and designed to allow the air to be freely discharged into each area. The warmed air is returned to the return air grille located centrally in the home.
Air and Water Residential sell Bonaire ducted gas heating. There are three models with different energy ratings - 3 star, 4 star and 5 star. Our most popular model is the B4. The B5 tends to be over specified for the Perth market as our winters are not overly long or cold.
