If it is a manufacturers' warranty claim, Air and Water Residential cannot rectify your unit otherwise it will invalidate your warranty. We will advise the manufacturer of your claim or give you the manufacturer's contact details. It is often impractical for us to arrange the time or date of a warranty call on your behalf. We recommend that you call the manufacturer directly, so that you can arrange a mutually acceptable date and time for the service call.
